Cancellations
Oops, did something happen and you need to cancel your order? That’s possible! Contact us at info@baguze.com with your order number and we will take care of it (including a 100% refund). However, you must do this BEFORE we ship your order — you can still return the package afterward, but you will have to cover the return shipping costs.
Returns
Step 1: Contact info@baguze.com with your order number. We will reply with the necessary information (such as the return address).
Step 2: Make sure your items meet the return conditions — no signs of use, unwashed, original labels attached.
Step 3: Choose a shipping service that provides a tracking code. Send the tracking code to our customer service when you ship the package. You pay the return shipping costs.
Return shipping will cost approximately $25.
Refunds
Okay, your package has arrived safely! We will inspect it, and if the items meet the return conditions (see above), we will inform you by email.
It may take up to 14 days to process your return and refund your money.
Damages or Wrong Items?
You’ve just torn open the packaging and can’t wait to try it on — but wait, something’s wrong!
It could be a damage, the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common cause is human error — so we apologize and will fix it for you.
Please contact info@baguze.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution you’re happy with.
