You’ve placed your order. What now?

First, you will receive a confirmation email with all the juicy details about your order. This email also means your order has entered our shipping system and our hardworking team has started processing it.

On average, we ship orders within 1-3 business days (usually depending on current volume and the time of day you placed your order).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking code. After that, delivery typically takes about 4-9 business days—this depends on current volume, your location, and a few other factors.

Cancellations

Oops, something came up and you need to cancel your order? That’s possible! Contact us at info@baguze.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it (including a 100% refund). However, you must do this BEFORE we ship your order — you can still return the package later, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages or Wrong Items?

You tear off the wrapping and can’t wait to try your item—but wait, something’s wrong!

It might be a damage, the wrong size, or a different color. The most common cause is simply human error, so we apologize and will fix it for you.

Please contact info@baguze.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution you’re happy with.

Delayed Orders

Let’s see — up to 3 business days for processing, plus 9 for shipping, which means in the worst case you should have your package within 12 business days.

If it’s day 12 and you still haven’t received your package, first check the tracking code. Then allow at least 3 more days, and if you still don’t have your order, contact us at info@baguze.com — our customer service will take immediate action.
